I played this game daily for a while. It was an entertaining and engaging puzzle game with some occasional challenges. I uninstalled it when I eventually came to a puzzle that could not be solved without using some of the assistance aids that are offered occasionally as rewards. In trying to solve this one puzzle, I used up my earned aids and would have to purchase more to proceed.

Started off great, even though I don't normally enjoy games that force you to stay on one level until you solve it. The ads were pretty annoying, but the game was the right amount of challenging, esp during the unlimited lives period where I could do trial and error. Unfortunately, when you get higher up, some levels are literally impossible to solve w/o boosters, which feels slimy and frustrating. It's a real shame because this game could've been a new favorite, but their greed got in the way.

Broken Ads Ruin the Game! This game could've been fun, but the ads make it unplayable. In the middle of gameplay, it randomly opens a browser window without ever clicking on an ad. Also, some ads (looking at you, 1-800-Flowers) take over the whole screen in landscape mode with no close button, forcing me to restart the app. It’s frustrating, lazy, and makes the whole experience feel broken. Until the developers fix the ad system, it's not worth downloading. EDIT: -1 star after unhelpful reply

If you have a good vpn and antivirus, you can download this game and install, then activate airplane mode, then start the game. It hesitates frequently to try to access ads but does open level finally. Audio is too loud. No slider bar to adjust volume. No colorblind or other accessibility options. I wanted to like this game. Too bad it wants to force malware ads on the user.

loved it until level 32. the game is fairly challenging and produces new modifiers to increase difficulty as it goes on to hold your attention. I was particularly fond of the fact that there weren't any forced ads, just ads you can view for a reward. up until I got to level 32, that's when they start tossing ads at you every level or two. and then they have the audacity to force a banner ad for their ad free upgrade. JUST MAKE THE ADS OPTIONAL!

Serves Malware Ads During Levels. Several times in the MIDDLE of a level, the game stopped and opened my browser without permission to show me an ad. Malware definition: software that disrupts or gains unauthorized access to systems. I get advertising between levels, but this is unacceptable. Also, since downloading this game I've had multiple malware threat alerts. Find new advertisers to partner with that don't use malware. The game itself is a relaxing past time I can do without.

This game starts out great. Very entertaining in the outset, and the ad play is tolerable. However, this is a pay to play game in a very sneaky way. The further you progress, the more unattainable the levels become and forcing you into a pay to play trap. Buyer beware on this one, very fun, but not "free" as they would claim.

To start, this is a GREAT game. As advertised (which is how I stumbled across it), easy to understand and play, and each level is beatable without the use of hints/cheats. However, the auto ads that play after a win open third party apps such as the Google play store. There are other ways to make money than allowing predatory ads. I'd happily play an ad for cool features and perks rather than have to close out of an ad 3 times just to resume the game. Other than that, this is a 5 star game.

this was a pretty enjoyable game. my reason is it's four stars is because there's not really any incentives. every single level is a reward of 40 coins. hard and extreme levels have no additional rewards. I would enjoy this more if hard levels earned. maybe double coins and extreme levels. got you an extra life or extra coins or both. they just need improved reward system. the no ads for 8 bucks is a pretty good deal.

Could be fun if it wasn't so glitchy. Sometimes in the middle of a game, it'll suddenly open your browser and a spam website. The devs make it very difficult to get coins, which are often needed as levels get more difficult. When you complete a level and have watched an ad for coins, the game immediately takes you to the next level. If you try to go back to the home screen or exit the game, you lose a life. If it weren't for the reasons above, I'd continue playing. But I'm uninstalling.

Good game to play if you want to relax for a while. It's easy, but you do have to use strategy. The difficulty does increase as you go, so you're not stuck on anything too simple. The ads aren't after every round or 60+ seconds. The only aspect I dislike is that when you earn a new booster and they have you try it first thing the next round, it's not a free use or optional. You are forced to use it before you can start the level, and it is deducted from your inventory.

I love puzzle games. I was playing ANOTHER game when i came across color knitzy in an ad. I got annoyed because I started to see this ad a LOT! One day I played the demo, and it was fun, so I downloaded it. At first, i thought it would be easy. I was surprised at the first game I lost. It actually does become progressively challenging. I can't get past level 161. The game is designed in a way that requires you to make purchases to advance from that level. I tried, none worked. Sorry, gotta go.

they are GREEDY. they start slow on ads. I'm in the 150's now in the levels. they started doing an ad after every level. I bought ad-free because I do like to support apps. it was between 8 and 12$, cant remember. but the levels are designed in a way that you have to replay several times before you can beat them. but despite buying ad-free, I still only get 5 lives that I burn thru because of level design. I have to watch ads to get more lives, so im watching copious ads despite spending $8-12.

In other apps like "Idle Miner Tycoon: Gold Games" by Kolibri, when you pay for no ads, you get no ads. every boost, every ad advantage you can get, you get free forever. In idle miner I paid for no ads in the original game and they carried it over to the new version. Color Knitzy? not so much, they charge $8 just to remove the two forced ads between every match. They make you watch all the other ads for anything else. They got my money. Don't give them yours!

Little to no pop up ads which is nice. Game play is fun enough. My biggest issue with the game is coins don't do anything right now and I would like a way to spend them. I would also like there to more of an incentive to watch watch the optional ads, rn the only incentive is the coins but again they don't do much. I like occasionally watching ads to help support a game because I can't really afford to give actual money.

Really like this game but there are problems that really spike my stress and anxiety. Most of the ads take you straight to the Google play store and you have to close it out which causes you to lose a life. I barely get to play for 30 minutes at a time before I've gone through all five lives. Many times mid level it opens my browser. Some of the ads automatically close out the app before the x appears to go back to the game. If fixed I will gladly give a higher rating

I quite like this game and am now at level 280. I haven't paid for anything. People complaining about needing to pay to continue playing are people who are just not that good at the game. Sorry. It's totally optional to do that, you can just take the L and restart. It's a good level of difficulty. I deducted 2 stars for the malware ads that redirect to your browser mid game. This is a serious and unacceptable issue. If you play on airplane mode you don't have that problem though.

Played the 1st 30 levels with no ads. After that, banner ads were added to the bottom and it now plays forced ads about every 3rd level. Not -terrible-, honestly, but any more would be uninstall worthy. The levels are short and simple, fairly fun without obnoxious levels that force you to use power-up to win. I'd give it a try at the very least.

the game is fun. But, I feel like the rewards don't come quick enough. or very many points earned. therefore you have to watch an ad every 5-6 moves in order to clear a spot for your spool. I do like that there is at least an option to watch an ad to be able to keep playing. it is just too much. I have uninstalled the game

Can't get past level 701 because the game ALWAYS crashes. When the game crashes I automatically lose a life. Most levels require you to watch an ad in order to win, either to get more lives, tools, or to keep playing the level. They may not be unsolvable levels but there is no undo option and there aren't enough lives to "solve" it before you run out. The adds are ridiculously long, I often end up leaving my phone someplace to do something else, but then I risk the ad killing my phone battery.
