Been playing Exploding Kittens® 2 for a couple months now. It’s basically a digital version of the popular card game where you try to avoid drawing the Exploding Kitten card. Pretty solid app if you’re into crazy party games with friends.

Here’s what you do: You take turns playing cards from your hand – there’s all sorts of silly cards like Tacos, Cabbages, and Nopes that let you do stuff like steal cards or skip your turn. There’s also a cool Catnip Sandwich card that can save you from the Exploding Kitten. Took me a while to figure out all the different cards and strategies, but it’s pretty fun once you get the hang of it.

Look, if you’re into fast-paced social games, you’ll probably like this. It’s not perfect – the ads can get a bit annoying if you don’t pay – but overall it does the job. Worth checking out if you want a new game to play with your friends.

So here's my honest take on Exploding Kittens® 2. I've tested a bunch of digital card games and this one's a pretty solid addition to the genre. The art style and animations are super charming, and the gameplay has just the right mix of strategy and chaos. I like how you can customize your avatar and emojis too, it's a nice touch. On the downside, the progression can feel a bit grindy at higher levels, and the ads do get old after a while. But overall, it's a really fun game that's easy to pick up and play with friends.
