So here's my take on My Child Lebensborn. I've tested a bunch of historical simulation games and this one's pretty solid. The story and characters are really well-done, and I like how it sheds light on the Lebensborn children and the aftermath of WWII. The gameplay loop of managing your time and resources to care for the child is engaging, even if it can get a bit repetitive after a while. Honestly, my only major gripe is the ads - they can get pretty intrusive if you don't pay. But overall, it's a unique and impactful experience that strategy fans should check out.

Description

Been playing My Child Lebensborn for a couple months now. It’s basically a strategy game where you take care of a child who was born during World War 2 in Norway. The kid’s got a pretty messed up backstory, but you gotta help them cope with the hatred and bullying from the other kids.

There’s a bunch of different things you can do – you gotta balance your time and resources to provide for the child, learn about their past, and support them in the present. It’s got some neat historical elements and the story is pretty compelling. Took me a while to figure out all the mechanics, but it’s a solid game overall.

Look, if you’re into this kind of historical drama/simulation stuff, you’ll probably dig My Child Lebensborn. It’s not perfect – the pacing can get a bit slow at times and the ads can be annoying. But it does a good job of tackling a dark chapter of history in a thoughtful way. Worth checking out.
