So here's my honest take on Simple Monster Hunter. I've tested a bunch of mobile strategy games and this one's pretty solid. The core loop of hunting monsters, collecting loot, and crafting new gear is super addictive. I like how much depth there is with the skill trees and gear customization. But I will say it gets a bit repetitive after a while, and the grind for upgrades is real at later stages. Still, for a free game, it's a pretty fun time, especially if you can get some friends in your clan.

Description

Been playing Simple Monster Hunter for a couple months now. It’s basically a game where you beat up powerful monsters to get materials, and then use those materials to forge super powerful gear. There’s over 100 items to explore and craft, which is pretty cool. The best part is teaming up with friends in clan battles to take down the biggest baddies.

Here’s what you do: you start by building up your village, training your troops, and then you can go on expeditions to track down and battle huge monsters. There’s also a ton of crafting and upgrades – it’s got a pretty deep progression system. And the graphics are actually pretty nice, runs smooth even on my old phone.

Look, if you’re into strategy games and don’t mind a little grind, you’ll probably like this. It’s not perfect – the upgrades at higher levels take forever – but overall it does the job. Worth checking out, especially since it’s free to play.
