Been playing Trainz Simulator 3 for a couple months now. It’s basically a train driving game where you get to control all kinds of locomotives and travel all over the world. Pretty solid app if you’re into that sort of thing.
Here’s what you do: you can choose from a bunch of different trains – like steam, electric, and diesel – and then drive them through locations like the Rocky Mountains, UK, USA, and Australia. There’s also a bunch of different gameplay modes, from simple train driving to managing an entire railroad. It’s got a ton of depth, but it’s not crazy complicated.
Look, if you’re into train sims or just want to drive some big ol’ trains, you’ll probably like this. It’s not perfect – the tutorials can be a bit confusing at first – but overall it does the job. Worth checking out if you’re bored and want to play around with some trains.

So here's my honest take on Trainz Simulator 3. I've tested a bunch of train sim apps and this one's pretty solid. The graphics are great and it runs super smooth, even on my older phone. There's a ton of strategic depth without being overwhelming, and you can play for free without feeling like you have to spend money. But it's not without its issues - the tutorials could be better, and the progression can get a bit grindy at higher levels. Overall though, I'd say it's one of the better train sim apps out there.
