So here's my take on Magic Fluids. I've tried a bunch of these generative art/relaxation apps, and this one's definitely one of the better ones. The fluid simulations look amazing and are super satisfying to play with. I find it really helps me unwind after a long day. The customization options are nice too - you can tweak the colors, speed, and other settings to get the vibe you want. The only downside is it can get a little repetitive if you use it a ton. But for quick bursts of relaxation, it's a great option.

Description

I’ve been playing with Magic Fluids for a couple months now. It’s basically an app that lets you create these super satisfying fluid simulations. Just tap the screen and watch the colors and shapes flow and swirl around in this hypnotizing way. It’s pretty cool for killing time or just chilling out.

There’s a bunch of different color palettes and effects you can play with. You can make the fluids move slow and peaceful, or ramp it up to get these crazy, dynamic patterns. It’s almost like a digital version of those lava lamps, but way more customizable. The graphics are really smooth and crisp too.

Look, if you’re into relaxing, creative apps, you’ll probably dig this. It’s not gonna change your life or anything, but it’s a solid little time waster. The free version has ads which can get annoying, but you can pay a few bucks to remove them. Overall, Magic Fluids is a pretty cool app for zoning out and making some trippy digital art.

I'm a long time user of this app but "burst on app resume" seems to be left on even if the option is turned off so it turned me off...

would be amazing if we could see the hex codes of the colors, so we can get the exact colors we want every time. Other than that, it's amazing :)

I love this app so incredibly much, if you were looking for something to give you really fun dopamine hits, that you can walk away from after a couple minutes...
