I’ve been using TV Cast Pro for Chromecast for a couple months now. It’s basically an app that lets you stream all kinds of videos and live TV right to your Chromecast device. Pretty solid if you’re into that kind of thing.
Here’s what you do: you just browse the web or open videos on your phone, and there’s a button to cast it straight to your TV. There’s also a built-in browser so you can surf the web on the big screen. And it supports tons of video formats like MP4, HLS livestreams – it just works.
Look, if you watch a lot of online videos or live TV, you’ll probably get a lot of use out of this. It’s not perfect – the interface can be a bit confusing at first, and the ads can get annoying if you don’t pay for the premium version. But overall, it does the job and I’d recommend giving it a try.
