So here's my honest take on 75 Hard. I've tested a bunch of productivity and habit-building apps, and this one's pretty solid overall. The concept is great - it really pushes you to develop mental toughness through consistent daily actions. I like that it covers different areas like fitness, nutrition, and reading. Keeps you accountable. On the downside, the app itself is a little buggy and the challenges can get repetitive after a while. But if you stick with it, you'll definitely see results in terms of improved discipline and focus. I'd recommend it for anyone looking to make a big change in their life.

Description

Been playing 75 Hard for a couple months now. It’s basically an app that helps you build mental toughness through a series of daily challenges. The idea is to do these hard tasks for 75 days straight – no excuses. There’s a bunch of stuff you gotta do, like drinking a gallon of water, doing two 45-minute workouts, reading 10 pages of a self-help book, and taking a progress pic. It’s kind of intense but it forces you to build good habits.

Here’s what you do: every day you mark off your tasks in the app. There’s also a challenge feature where you can compete with friends, which is pretty cool. And there’s a whole community section to connect with other 75 Hard-ers – took me a while to figure that out but it’s useful.

Look, if you’re into self-improvement and want to level up your discipline, you’ll probably like this. It’s not perfect – the app can be glitchy sometimes – but overall it does the job. Worth checking out if you’re looking for a structured program to get your life on track.

This app has nothing in it. It is just a tracking tool which you can do on your phone with the built in apps. It has no workout suggestions, no...
