So here's my take on the Nexthink Experience app. I've tested a bunch of event apps and this one's pretty solid overall. The core features like the schedule, attendee list, and venue map work really well and make it easy to stay on top of everything. And the community aspect is a nice bonus too. That said, the UI does feel a little outdated and not the most intuitive. And the constant notifications can get annoying after a while. But if you go to a lot of conferences, this is definitely worth having on your phone.

Pros

  • Tons of useful features like schedule, attendee list, and venue map
  • Community section lets you connect with other attendees
  • Free to download and use
  • Notifications keep you up-to-date on the event
  • Works well for both first-time and experienced conference-goers

Cons

  • User interface feels a bit dated and clunky
  • Notifications can be overwhelming at times
  • May be overkill if you only go to a few events per year
  • Struggled to find some features at first

Description

Been using the Nexthink Experience app for a couple months now. It’s basically an event app that helps you make the most of conferences and trade shows. You can view your schedule, connect with other attendees, and even navigate the venue using the built-in map. There’s also real-time notifications to keep you in the loop.

Here’s what you can do – you can browse the full agenda and add sessions to your personal schedule. It’s got a community feature too, so you can chat with other attendees. And the map is super handy for finding your way around the venue. Took me a little while to figure it all out, but it’s a pretty useful app if you go to a lot of events.

Look, if you’re someone who’s always at conferences and meetings, you’ll probably get a lot of use out of this. It’s not perfect – the UI can be a bit clunky at times – but overall it does the job of keeping you organized and connected. Worth checking out for sure.
