I’ve been using Halloween Photo Frames & Cards for a couple months now. It’s basically a photo editing app that lets you add all kinds of spooky Halloween stuff to your pics. Pretty solid if you’re into that kinda thing.
Here’s what you do – you can take a photo or use one from your library, and then there’s a ton of Halloween-themed frames, stickers, and effects you can add. There’s also a face swap tool that’s pretty cool. Took me a while to figure out but it’s actually really useful for dressing up in different costumes.
