So here's my honest take on Floor Plan Seating Arrangement. I've tested a bunch of event planning apps and this one's pretty good. The ability to easily drag-and-drop guests onto a custom floor plan is super handy. And being able to share that with guests is a nice touch. The UI does feel a little outdated though, and some of the advanced features can be tricky to figure out. But for basic event seating, it works well and saves a ton of time compared to doing it manually.

Description

Been using Floor Plan Seating Arrangement for a couple months now. It’s basically an app that helps you create seating arrangements for events like weddings, conferences, or school functions. Pretty solid if you’re into that kind of event planning stuff.

Here’s what you do: you can add tables, chairs, and guests to the floor plan. Then you just click on an empty chair and assign a guest to it. There’s also a feature where you can easily share the seating chart with your guests so they know where they’re sitting. Took me a while to figure out all the customization options but it’s pretty useful.

Look, if you’re an event planner or just someone who has to organize seating for big gatherings, you’ll probably like this app. It’s not perfect – the UI can be a bit clunky at times – but overall it does the job. Worth checking out if you need to plan out where people are sitting.
