I’ve been using tvQuickActions Pro for a couple months now. It’s basically an app that lets you customize the buttons on your TV remote to do all sorts of useful stuff. Pretty solid if you’re into that kind of thing.
Here’s what you can do – you can assign up to 5 different actions to a single button on your remote. So you can have one button that opens a bunch of your favorite apps, another that puts your device to sleep, and so on. And there’s also a cool dock feature that gives you quick access to recent apps. And you can even use it to control your Bluetooth devices and change TV inputs.
Look, if you’re always losing your remote or just want more control over your TV, you’ll probably dig this app. It’s not perfect – the setup can be a bit finicky and the ads can get annoying. But overall it does a solid job and is worth checking out.
