There’s also a cool “cash flow simulator” where you just enter a few details and it spits out the projected returns. Oh, and you can even check things like assessed values and zoning right in the app – super convenient.
Look, if you’re getting into real estate investing, this app is worth checking out. It’s not perfect – the UI can be a little clunky at times – but overall it does a great job of putting all the tools you need in one place. I’d recommend giving it a try.
