So here's my honest take on FoodLog - Food diary. I've tested a bunch of food and health tracking apps, and this one's pretty solid. The symptom and medication tracking features are super useful if you're trying to figure out what's going on with your gut. And the ability to add photos makes it more informative than just a plain text log. But yeah, the ads can get old after a while. Overall though, it's a pretty good option if you need a detailed food diary.

Description

Been using FoodLog – Food diary for a couple months now. It’s basically an app to track your diet, symptoms, and other health info if you’re dealing with things like IBS, acid reflux, or food intolerances. Pretty solid app if you’re into that kinda stuff.

Here’s what you do: you can log your meals, snacks, medications, and even things like bowel movements. There’s also a symptom tracker which is pretty cool. And you can add photos to your entries – that’s a nice touch. Took me a while to figure out all the features but it’s pretty intuitive overall.

Look, if you’re dealing with digestive issues or just wanna be more mindful of what you’re eating, you’ll probably like this app. It’s not perfect – the ads can get annoying if you don’t pay – but overall it does the job. Worth checking out.
