Been using the Easy Low Sodium Diet Cookbook for a couple months now. It’s basically a cookbook that gives you pre-made low-sodium meal plans to make eating healthy a no-brainer. Pretty solid app if you’re trying to cut down on salt and simplify meal prep.
Here’s what you do: there’s two different 14-day meal plans that take all the guesswork out. You just follow the plan and the app’s got a ton of quick, easy recipes. It’s got some slow cooker options too which is great for busy days. And the app gives you tips on managing sodium intake and meal planning – took me a while to figure some of that out but it’s useful.
Look, if you’re trying to eat less sodium, you’ll probably like this. It’s not perfect – some of the recipes can be a little bland – but overall it does the job. Worth checking out.
