So here's my honest take on Food Journal Daily. I've tested a bunch of food diary apps and this one's pretty solid. The interface is clean and intuitive, and I like how you can easily log meals and snacks throughout the day. And the calendar view is useful for getting an overview of your eating habits. On the downside, some of the features like the meal planning and sharing with your partner are locked behind a paywall, which is a bummer. And after using it for a few months, I've found it can get a little repetitive. But overall, if you're just looking for a simple way to track your food intake, this is a pretty good option.

Description

Been playing Food Journal Daily for a couple months now. It’s basically a food diary app that makes it easy to track your meals and snacks. Pretty solid app if you’re trying to eat healthier or just want to see what you’ve been chowing down on.

Here’s what you do: you can log your breakfast, lunch, dinner, and any snacks throughout the day. And there’s also a calendar view where you can swipe between weeks and see your past entries. Took me a while to figure out how to add new meals but once I got the hang of it, it’s been pretty simple to use.

Look, if you’re trying to lose weight, manage a special diet, or just stay on top of your eating habits, you’ll probably like this app. It’s not perfect – the monthly subscription to share with your partner is kinda annoying – but overall it does the job. Worth checking out if you want an easy way to keep a food journal.
