Been using When Wine Tastes Best for a couple months now. It’s basically an app that tells you the best days to open your wine based on 50 years of research by a biodynamic expert. Pretty solid app if you’re into that kind of thing.
Here’s what you do: you can customize it for your time zone and choose between 12-hour or 24-hour time. There’s also a calendar that shows you which days are good for fruit and flowers, and which are less good for roots and leaves. And it’s got these ‘generally unfavourable’ days that aren’t included in other lunar calendars – kinda cool.
Look, if you’re into wine and want to make sure you’re drinking it at its best, you’ll probably like this. It’s not perfect – the free version is just for the current day and past days, so you gotta pay for the annual data if you want to plan ahead. But overall it does the job. Worth checking out.
