So here's my take on iCook: Meal Planner & Recipes. I've tested a bunch of cooking and meal planning apps, and this one's a pretty solid option. The recipe library is huge and I like that they're all quick and easy to make. The meal planning features work well too - it saves me time planning out the week. The AI assistant is a nice bonus, though I don't use it too often. My only real complaint is that the meal plans can get a bit repetitive if you use it long-term. But overall, it's a really useful app if you're trying to eat healthier.

  • Tons of healthy, quick recipes for the whole family
  • Smart meal planner makes planning out the week easy
  • AI nutrition assistant gives personalized food recommendations
  • Free to use, don't need to pay for the main features

Cons

  • Meal plans can get repetitive after using it for a while
  • The AI assistant is cool but I don't use it that often
  • Might be overkill if you just want a simple recipe app

Description

Been using iCook: Meal Planner & Recipes for a couple months now. It’s basically an app that’s got tons of healthy recipes, a smart meal planner, and your own personal AI nutrition assistant. Pretty solid app if you’re trying to eat better and cook more at home.

Here’s what you can do – there’s a huge library of recipes for breakfast, lunch, and dinner that are all quick and easy. Like, under 25 minutes to make. And the meal planner is super helpful for planning out your week. It even gives you a shopping list. The AI assistant is pretty cool too – you can ask it questions and it’ll give you personalized food recommendations.

Look, if you’re trying to eat healthier and get your family eating better, you’ll probably like this app. It’s not perfect – the meal plans can get a bit repetitive after a while – but overall it does the job. Worth checking out for sure.
