So here's my take on Meal Planner - Food Diary. I've tried a bunch of different nutrition tracking apps and this one's pretty solid. The core meal logging features work well and the analysis tools are actually useful, unlike some apps that just throw a bunch of numbers at you. The meal planning is a nice bonus too. On the downside, the UI could use some polishing and the free version has some annoying ads. But if you don't mind that, it's a pretty good all-in-one option for managing your diet.

Description

Been using the Meal Planner – Food Diary app for a couple months now. It’s basically a food diary and meal planning tool all in one. Pretty solid if you’re trying to eat healthier and keep track of what you’re putting in your body.

Here’s how it works: you just log your meals and snacks, and the app automatically tracks calories, macros, and nutrition. And there’s also a meal planning feature where you can build out your weekly menu – super helpful if you’re trying to stick to a diet. Oh, and it’s got this nifty analysis tool that gives you insights on your eating habits.

Look, if you’re the type who’s always forgetting what you ate or wants to get a better handle on your nutrition, you’ll probably like this app. It’s not perfect – the interface can be a little clunky at times – but overall it does the job. Worth checking out if you’re trying to clean up your diet.
