So here's my honest take on Eato®: Calorie Counter. I've tested a bunch of nutrition and diet apps, and this one is pretty solid overall. The AI-powered food tracking works well most of the time, and I like how it gives you detailed insights into your macros and nutrients. Definitely better than manually logging everything. The only downsides are that the food recognition isn't 100% accurate, and the app can get a bit repetitive after a while. But if you're serious about counting calories and improving your diet, Eato is worth giving a try.

Description

Been using Eato®: Calorie Counter for a couple months now. It’s basically a health app that helps you track your calories, macros, and overall diet. Pretty solid if you’re into that kinda stuff.

Here’s what you do: Snap a photo of your food, or just describe it, and Eato’s AI can recognize what you’re eating and log the calories and nutrients. And there’s also a barcode scanner which is pretty useful. And the app gives you detailed insights into your diet – it shows you a breakdown of your macros, vitamins, and all that.

Look, if you’re trying to lose weight, eat healthier, or just get a better handle on your nutrition, you’ll probably like this app. It’s not perfect – the food recognition can mess up sometimes – but overall it does the job. Worth checking out if you’re into health and fitness apps.
