Been using Blood Pressure App for a couple months now. It’s basically an app that lets you track your blood pressure, blood sugar, and BMI. Pretty solid if you’re into health and fitness stuff.
Here’s what you can do – there’s a blood pressure tracker where you can log your readings and see how they trend over time in graphs. Same with blood sugar. And the BMI calculator is handy, just put in your height and weight and it’ll tell you if you’re in a healthy range. The health info section is useful too, gives you some background on these different metrics.
Look, if you’re trying to stay on top of your health numbers, this app is worth checking out. It’s not perfect – the UI is a bit basic and the data export options are limited. But overall it does the job and it’s free to use.
