Been using She Fitness for a couple months now. It’s basically an app that’s got home workouts to help you lose weight and get in shape. Pretty solid if you’re into fitness apps.
Here’s what you do: there’s a bunch of different workouts you can follow – stuff like fat burning, booty blasting, abs shredding, you name it. It’s got video demos so you can see the moves. And it tracks your calories burned which is kinda cool. Took me a while to figure out some of the features but they’re pretty useful once you get the hang of it.
Look, if you’re trying to get fit and tone up without going to the gym, you’ll probably like this app. It’s not perfect – the music can get old after a while – but overall it does the job. Worth checking out.
