Been using ShutEye®: Sleep Tracker for a couple months now. It’s basically an app that helps you track your sleep and fall asleep faster with these really nice soothing sounds. Pretty solid app if you’re into sleep and wellness stuff.
Here’s what you do: you wear this sleep tracker thing on your wrist at night and it monitors your sleep patterns. There’s also a library of sleep sounds you can play, like rain, wind, and other nature stuff – it’s pretty cool. And there’s a smart alarm that wakes you up during your light sleep phase so you don’t feel groggy.
Look, if you have trouble sleeping or just want to learn more about your sleep, you’ll probably like this. It’s not perfect – the free version has some annoying ads – but overall it does the job. Worth checking out.
