Been using Insight Timer – Meditation App for a couple months now. It’s basically a meditation and mindfulness app with a ton of free guided tracks and sleep music. Pretty solid if you’re into that kind of thing.
Here’s what you do – you can browse through hundreds of thousands of guided meditations, pick one that looks good, and start listening. And there’s also a section for music and talks from experts, which is pretty cool. And you can track your progress, join challenges, and connect with a community of other meditators. Took me a while to figure all that out but it’s a useful feature.
Look, if you’re into meditation and mindfulness, you’ll probably like this app. It’s not perfect – the free version has some ads that can get annoying – but overall it does the job. Worth checking out if you want to start a meditation practice or level up your existing one.
