Been using Gym Workout Tracker & Fitness for a couple months now. It’s basically an app that helps you plan and track your gym workouts. Pretty solid if you’re into fitness and trying to build muscle or get stronger.
Here’s what you do: you can browse through a huge database of over 500 exercises, sorted by muscle group, equipment, and difficulty. There’s also a training module where you can log your reps, sets, and weights to track your progress over time. And the app generates custom workout plans based on your goals, equipment available, and fitness level – took me a while to figure that out but it’s super useful.
Look, if you’re serious about getting in shape and hitting the gym regularly, you’ll probably like this app. It’s not perfect – the interface can be a bit clunky at times – but overall it does the job. Worth checking out, especially if you want to see real improvements in your lifts and physique.
