So here's my honest take on Keep Health. I've tested a bunch of health apps and this one's pretty good overall. The core features work well and it's got a nice clean design. Doesn't try to do too much, which I appreciate. Only downside is the initial setup was a bit of a pain, and the call/text mirroring can be inconsistent at times. But for the most part, it's a reliable way to monitor your activity from your wrist. I'd recommend it if you're looking for a straightforward health tracking app.

Description

Been using Keep Health for a couple months now. It’s basically a health tracking app that connects to your smartwatch. Pretty solid if you’re into fitness and monitoring your activity.

Here’s what you do: You can see your steps, heart rate, sleep, and exercise history all in one place. There’s also a feature to find your phone through the watch – kinda handy when you misplace it. And you can get call and text notifications on your watch, which is pretty useful.

Look, if you’re into health apps and smart wearables, you’ll probably like this. It’s not perfect – the setup was a bit confusing at first – but overall it does the job. Worth checking out if you want a simple way to track your fitness from your watch.

Horrible interface, unclear instructions, data is not logging or syncing properly, the app asks for way too many permissions and won't function without the permissions. Claims made in my devices...
