So here's my honest take on Fresh Tri: Habits & Mindset. I've tested a bunch of health and fitness apps, and this one's actually pretty solid. The focus on building a positive mindset is a nice change from the typical weight loss and calorie tracking stuff. I like that there's no guilt-tripping or pressure to hit crazy goals. It's all about making gradual, sustainable changes. The Iterative Mindset method is legit too - it really helps you stick with new habits. That said, the app does have some issues. The onboarding could be better, and I ran into a few bugs here and there. But overall, if you're trying to improve your lifestyle, this is definitely worth checking out.

Pros

  • Focuses on building healthy habits and a positive mindset, not just weight loss
  • The Iterative Mindset method is really helpful for making new habits stick
  • No guilt, shame, or pressure - just gradual, sustainable changes
  • Covers a wide range of habits like eating, exercise, stress management, and more

Cons

  • The onboarding process could be smoother and more intuitive
  • Ran into a few bugs and glitches during my testing
  • Might be a bit basic for people who want more advanced tracking and data

Description

Been using Fresh Tri: Habits & Mindset for a couple months now. It’s basically an app that helps you build healthy habits and change your mindset using brain science. Seems pretty solid if you’re into that kinda thing.

Here’s what you do: You start by choosing habits you wanna work on, like eating better or exercising more. And there’s also a method called the Iterative Mindset that teaches you how to build those habits for good. Took me a while to figure that part out, but it’s actually really useful.

Look, if you’re trying to make positive lifestyle changes, you’ll probably get a lot out of this app. It’s not perfect – there’s still some bugs and the UI could use some work – but overall it does the job. Worth checking out for sure.
