Been using 24GO by 24 Hour Fitness for a couple months now. It’s basically a fitness app that tries to help you stay on track with your workouts and goals. Pretty solid app if you’re into that kind of thing.
Here’s what you do: there’s personalized workout plans and daily recommendations based on your goals and preferences. It’s got a bunch of different workout videos and programs you can follow along with too. And took me a while to figure out how to schedule workouts into my calendar, but that feature’s actually pretty useful.
Look, if you’re trying to get fit and stay motivated, you’ll probably like this app. It’s not perfect – the app can be a bit buggy sometimes and the customization options are a little limited. But overall it does the job. Worth checking out if you’re a 24 Hour Fitness member or just want some extra fitness guidance.
