I’ve been using Fitia: Calorie Counter & Plans for a couple months now. It’s basically a super comprehensive nutrition app that does a lot more than just count calories. There’s meal plans, thousands of healthy recipes, and all kinds of tools to help you reach your fitness goals – whether that’s losing weight, bulking up, or just eating healthier.
The core features are pretty straightforward. You can track your calories and macros by taking a photo, using your voice, scanning barcodes, or just typing it in. And there’s instant meal plans that are customized for your body and goals. Plus a massive database of recipes that are all designed by nutrition experts. Took me a while to figure out all the different features, but once you get the hang of it, it’s a really powerful app.
Look, if you’re into fitness and nutrition, you’ll probably get a lot of use out of Fitia. It’s not perfect – the ads can get annoying if you don’t pay for the premium version. And the meal plans are a bit rigid if you like more flexibility. But overall, it’s a solid app that does a great job of helping you eat better and reach your goals. Worth checking out for sure.
