I've tested a bunch of home fitness apps and FitCoach is one of the better ones. The workout routines are actually pretty good - they get your heart rate up without being too intense. And I like that you can customize your plan based on your goals. The only downside is it can get monotonous doing the same videos over time. But if you stick with it, you'll see results. Overall, it's a solid app for home workouts.

Description

Been playing Home Fitness Coach: FitCoach for a couple months now. It’s basically an app with home workout plans to help you lose weight. Pretty solid if you’re into fitness apps and want to get in shape without going to the gym.

Here’s what you do – the app gives you different home workouts you can follow along with, from quick 10-15 minute sessions to longer 30-45 minute full-body routines. And there’s also a meal plan feature which is kind of cool. And you can track your progress over time, which is useful.

Look, if you’re trying to get fit at home, you’ll probably like this app. It’s not perfect – the workout videos can get a little repetitive after a while – but overall it does the job. Worth checking out if you want a convenient way to exercise without leaving your house.
