Been using Gym Workout Planner & Tracker for a couple months now. It’s basically a fitness app that helps you plan and track your workouts. Pretty solid if you’re into getting in shape and staying fit.
Here’s what you do: you can pick from tons of workout routines – there’s beginner stuff and more advanced plans. And it’s got videos and photos to show you how to do the exercises properly. And there’s a progress tracker that lets you see how you’re improving over time – that’s pretty cool. Took me a while to figure out some of the features, but overall it’s user-friendly.
Look, if you’re trying to get stronger, lose weight, or just maintain your fitness, you’ll probably like this app. It’s not perfect – the ads can get a bit annoying if you don’t pay. But it does the job and I’d recommend giving it a try.
