So here's my take on Trulia: Homes For Sale & Rent. I've tested a bunch of real estate apps and this one's pretty solid. The search and filtering is powerful, and I love all the neighborhood data and reviews. Makes it easy to get a feel for an area before you even visit. The virtual tours are a nice touch too. The only downside is the search can be a bit buggy sometimes, and the app can feel a little cluttered. But overall, it's a great option if you're house hunting.

  • Search and filter options are pretty robust
  • Alerts keep you updated on new listings

Cons

  • Search function can be glitchy at times
  • App feels a little cluttered, not the most intuitive
  • Ads can get annoying if you don't pay for the premium version

Description

Been using Trulia: Homes For Sale & Rent for a couple months now. It’s basically an app that helps you find homes to buy or rent. Pretty solid if you’re into real estate and home hunting.

Here’s what you do: You can search for houses and apartments, filter by all sorts of things like price, beds/baths, and neighborhood amenities. And there’s also a ton of info on each listing – things like school districts, commute times, and local reviews. It’s got virtual tours too so you can really get a feel for the place.

Look, if you’re looking to buy or rent a new place, you’ll probably like this app. It’s not perfect – the search can be a bit clunky at times – but overall it does the job. Worth checking out if you’re in the market for a new home.

Forget about any usefulness. You can't create a login it just repeats the error "something went wrong" for months now. Customer service is even more extinct than the dinosaurs. There...
