Been using Microphone Blocker – Anti Spy for a couple months now. It’s basically an app that lets you quickly block and disable access to your phone’s microphone. Pretty solid if you’re worried about privacy and don’t want apps spying on you.
Here’s what you do: there’s a big button to block the mic with one tap. There’s also an option to monitor which apps have microphone access, which is pretty handy. And you can even completely remove access if you want – took me a while to figure that out but it’s useful.
Look, if you’re into privacy apps and want an easy way to stop apps from listening in, you’ll probably like this. It’s not perfect – can be a bit buggy sometimes – but overall it does the job. Worth checking out if that’s your thing.
