So here's my honest take on Viki: Asian Dramas & Movies. I've tested a bunch of streaming apps and this one's pretty solid. The selection is huge and you can find just about any popular Asian show or movie you're looking for. And the app itself is well-designed and easy to navigate. But the free version has a lot of ads, which can get old fast. Paying for the subscription unlocks more content and gets rid of the ads, which is worth it if you're a hardcore fan. Overall, Viki is a great option if you're into Asian entertainment and want an easy way to stream it all in one place.

Description

Been using Viki: Asian Dramas & Movies for a couple months now. It’s basically an app where you can stream tons of subtitled Asian TV shows, movies, and more. Pretty solid if you’re into Korean dramas, Chinese shows, Japanese anime, and all that good stuff.

Here’s what you do: you can browse through the huge library of Asian entertainment, from the latest hit Kdramas to classic movies. There’s also live TV channels and a social feed where you can chat with other fans. And the recommendation engine is pretty cool – it learns what you like and suggests new shows you might enjoy.

Look, if you’re an Asian drama junkie like me, you’ll probably love this app. It’s not perfect – the ads can get annoying if you don’t pay for the subscription – but overall it does the job. Worth checking out if you wanna dive into the world of K-dramas, Chinese web series, and more.

The app is fine but the ads, wow. I downloaded the ad for one show and halfway through the first episode I look to see how much it would cost...
