Been using Gratitude: Self-Care Journal for a couple months now. It’s basically a journaling app that helps you focus on mental health and self-love. Pretty solid if you’re into that sort of thing.
Here’s what you do – there’s a gratitude journal where you write down things you’re thankful for. There’s also affirmations and a vision board feature, which are kinda cool. And it’s got daily motivation content to keep you inspired. Took me a while to figure it all out but it’s actually pretty useful.
Look, if you’re into self-care and mental health apps, you’ll probably like this. It’s not perfect – the UI can be a bit clunky at times – but overall it does the job. Worth checking out.
