Been playing Maps – GPS Route Navigation for a couple months now. It’s basically a GPS app that lets you download maps to use offline. Pretty solid if you’re into navigation and driving directions.
There’s a route navigator that shows you the best way to get to your destination, even when you’re not connected to the internet. You can also find the shortest route without traffic, which is super helpful. The downloaded maps work great offline too – no more losing signal in the middle of nowhere.
Look, if you need a reliable GPS app that doesn’t rely on cell service, this one’s worth checking out. It’s not perfect – the UI can be a little clunky at times – but overall it does the job. I’d say it’s a good option if you’re tired of relying on data-hungry map apps.
