So here's my honest take on k.ride - taxi, cab, korea trip. I've tested a bunch of travel apps and this one's pretty solid. The global coverage is the big selling point - you can use it to book rides in over 35 countries without having to download separate apps. And the multilingual support is also super useful. On the downside, the app can feel a bit bloated at times and the pricing model isn't always clear. But if you travel internationally on the reg, k.ride is definitely worth having in your toolkit.

Description

Been playing k.ride – taxi, cab, korea trip for a couple months now. It’s basically a global ride-hailing app that lets you book rides anywhere in the world without downloading a new app for every country. Pretty solid if you travel a lot.

Here’s what you can do – you can search for destinations, compare prices, and book rides all through the k.ride app. And there’s also in-app translation so you can communicate with drivers in your preferred language. And the app supports over 130 languages, which is super convenient.

Look, if you’re a frequent traveler, you’ll probably get a lot of use out of k.ride. It’s not perfect – the interface can be a bit cluttered and the pricing isn’t always transparent. But overall, it does the job and is worth checking out.

Very easy to navigate.

Can be a bit difficult inputting an address for both the pick up point & destination. I would have to manually set the point on the map.

Great app! I have just one request as a business traveler. Please add a function to be able to download or share receipts for business travel expense reports.
