So here's my take on Keto Diet Tracker-Carb Counter. I've tested a bunch of keto and diet apps, and this one's pretty solid. The carb counter is the main reason I use it - it makes it so much easier to stay within my daily carb limits. The food logging and macro tracking is useful too, though the UI could be more intuitive. Compared to some other keto apps, this one feels a little basic, but it gets the job done without a ton of fluff. Definitely recommend trying it out if you're new to keto and need help keeping track of your carbs.

Description

Been using the Keto Diet Tracker-Carb Counter app for a couple months now. It’s basically an app that helps you manage your keto diet – you can track your macros, log your food, and there’s a built-in carb counter to make sure you’re staying in ketosis. Pretty solid app if you’re trying to stick to the keto lifestyle.

Here’s what you do: you can log your meals and it’ll calculate the carbs, protein, and fat for you. And there’s also a progress tracker, which is pretty cool. And the carb counter is super useful – it’s got a big database of foods so you can quickly look up the nutritional info.

Look, if you’re trying to do the keto diet, you’ll probably find this app really helpful. It’s not perfect – the food database could be bigger and the interface is a little clunky – but overall it does the job. Worth checking out if you need some help managing your macros.

I want to love it, but there really aren't that many recipes. I paid the premium and regret it. Example... only 20 chicken recipes and most take about an hour...

Junk. Nothing works, including the date of the week that you're trying to post in the food diary. Scanner doesn't work either. I need money back.
