Been using the Forks Plant-Based Meal Planner app for a couple months now. It’s basically a meal planning tool that gives you healthy, vegan-friendly recipes to cook. Pretty solid app if you’re trying to eat more plant-based meals.
Here’s what you do: you tell the app your goals, how many servings you need, and what kind of vegan meals you want to cook. And then it generates a weekly meal plan with recipes that are all whole-food based and take under 35 minutes to make. There’s also a big database of recipes you can browse, which is pretty cool. And the meal plans are developed by vegan chefs and nutritionists, so you know the meals are healthy.
Look, if you’re trying to eat more plant-based but don’t want to spend hours meal prepping, you’ll probably like this app. It’s not perfect – the recipe selection can get a bit repetitive after a while – but overall it does the job. Worth checking out if you’re into healthy cooking.
