Been using Coastal Explorer for a couple months now. It’s basically a navigation app for boaters – you can plan routes, check weather, see tide info, and all that good stuff. Pretty solid app if you’re into sailing or cruising around the coast.
Here’s what you do: you can view nautical charts, create routes and waypoints, check out local points of interest, and get marine weather forecasts. There’s also cloud syncing which is pretty cool. And you can get a chart subscription to turn it into a full navigation system with things like current data and charts.
Look, if you’re into boating and planning trips on the water, you’ll probably like this. It’s not perfect – the interface can be a little clunky at times – but overall it does the job. Worth checking out if you want a one-stop app for your coastal adventures.
