Been using Calorie Counter by Lose It! for a couple months now. It’s basically a calorie tracking and weight loss app. Pretty solid if you’re trying to watch what you eat and hit your fitness goals.
Here’s what you do: you plug in your height, weight, and weight loss target, and it gives you a daily calorie budget. Then you just log the food you eat and it keeps track of your calories, carbs, protein, all that. And there’s also a step tracker and workout logging if you want to get more serious about exercise. Took me a while to get used to it but it’s pretty useful.
Look, if you’re trying to lose weight or just be more mindful of your diet, you’ll probably like this app. It’s not perfect – the food database could be better and the interface can be a bit clunky at times. But overall it does the job and helps you stay on track. Worth checking out.
