So here's my honest take on the Publix Pharmacy app. I've used a bunch of pharmacy apps and this one's pretty solid overall. The core features like scanning for refills and tracking orders work really well and save you a ton of time. The account setup is painless too. That said, the UI could be a bit more polished and intuitive. And while the app is free, the ads can get a little annoying if you don't want to pay. But if you're a Publix regular, this is a great companion app to have on hand.

Pros

  • Scanning bottles to request refills is super convenient
  • Easy to transfer prescriptions and manage multiple accounts
  • Handy features like order history and pickup/delivery options
  • Free to use, no need to pay for the basic features

Cons

  • Interface can feel a bit clunky and not super intuitive
  • Ads get repetitive if you don't pay for the ad-free version
  • Upgrading your account and getting customer support isn't the easiest

Been using the Publix Pharmacy app for a couple months now. It’s basically a way to easily manage all your prescription refills and stuff. Pretty solid app if you’re into that kind of thing.

Here’s what you can do: you can scan your prescription bottles to quickly request refills, check the status of your orders, and even transfer prescriptions to a Publix location. There’s also a one-time account setup that makes everything super easy. And if you don’t have an account, you can still find a Publix pharmacy, transfer prescriptions, and refill without signing up.

Look, if you’re someone who gets a lot of prescriptions, you’ll probably like this app. It’s not perfect – the interface can be a little clunky at times – but overall it does the job. Worth checking out if you want a simple way to manage your meds.

The app is alright for requesting refills, although adding a note to "in progress" prescriptions about when they're expected to be filled by would be nice. Kroger had that. Also,...

Poorly designed app. "Remember me" doesn't work. Biometric login doesn't work. Information you know they have is not available or is hard to find. Want to request syncing a new...
