So here's my honest take on GlassesOn | Pupils & Lenses. I've tested a bunch of vision apps and this one's pretty solid. The computer vision tech works really well - I was surprised how accurate it was at scanning my glasses. Didn't have to do much manual adjustment. The PD tool is also super simple and gets the job done. My only gripe is that the app can be a little buggy at times, but the dev seems to update it regularly. Overall, it's a great option if you need to measure your glasses or PD without going to the optometrist.

Been using GlassesOn | Pupils & Lenses for a couple months now. It’s basically an app that lets you get your glasses prescription and pupillary distance (PD) at home. Pretty solid if you’re into health and vision stuff.

Here’s what you do: you just take a few photos of your glasses and the app scans them to give you all the details – things like your sphere, cylinder, axis, and PD. There’s also a PD tool that measures your pupillary distance in less than a minute. And the whole process takes under 10 minutes, which is super convenient.

Look, if you wear glasses or need PD for an AR/VR headset, you’ll probably find this app useful. It’s not perfect – the interface can be a little confusing at first – but overall it does the job. Worth checking out if you’re tired of going to the eye doctor just to get your measurements.
