I’ve been using the Horizon Blue app for a couple months now. It’s basically a way to access all your health plan info right from your phone. Pretty solid if you’re a Horizon member and want an easy way to check your benefits, find in-network docs, and even do video visits.
There’s a bunch of features packed in – you can view your ID card, track your out-of-pocket costs, and even submit claims. It’s got a clean look and the navigation is pretty intuitive. Took me a little while to figure out how to use some of the more advanced stuff, but once I got the hang of it, it’s been really useful.
Look, if you’re a Horizon member and want a convenient way to manage your health plan, you’ll probably dig this app. It’s not perfect – the app can be a bit sluggish at times and the claims submission process is a bit clunky. But overall, it gets the job done and is worth checking out.
