Been using Glycemic Index. Diabetes diary for a couple months now. It’s basically an app that helps you manage your blood sugar and diabetes. Pretty solid if you’re into health and fitness tracking.
Here’s what you do: you can log your meals, exercise, and blood sugar readings. There’s also a feature that shows the glycemic index of different foods, which is pretty cool. And the recipe generator – took me a while to figure that out but it’s actually really useful for finding diabetes-friendly meals.
Look, if you’re trying to better manage your diabetes or just live a healthier lifestyle, you’ll probably like this app. It’s not perfect – the interface can be a little clunky at times – but overall it does the job. Worth checking out.
