So here's my honest take on OCD.app Anxiety, Mood & Sleep. I've tested a bunch of mental health apps and this one's pretty solid. The science-backed exercises and activities are really effective, and I've found it actually helps me manage my anxiety better. The sleep stuff is a nice bonus too. The only downsides are the learning curve and some repetitive content, but if you stick with it, it's a great tool.

Been using OCD.app Anxiety, Mood & Sleep for a couple months now. It’s basically an app that helps you manage OCD, anxiety, and sleep issues. Pretty solid if you’re dealing with any of those problems.

Here’s what you do: there’s daily exercises and activities to help retrain your brain and overcome obsessive thoughts. And it’s got a mood tracker too, which is pretty cool. And there’s a sleep section with relaxation techniques – took me a while to figure that out but it’s useful.

Look, if you’re struggling with OCD or anxiety, you’ll probably like this app. It’s not perfect – the UI can be a bit confusing at first – but overall it does the job. Worth checking out.
