So here's my honest take on DJ rekordbox – DJ App & Mixer. I've tested a bunch of DJ and music mixing apps, and this one's honestly pretty solid. The core mixing features work well and it's cool that you can use songs from streaming services. The interface takes some getting used to, but once you figure it out, it's a pretty fun way to play around with mixing. Not gonna lie though, the free version is a bit limited - you'll probably want to pay for the full version if you're serious about DJing on your phone.

Description

Been using DJ rekordbox – DJ App & Mixer for a couple months now. It’s basically a free app that lets you mix music from your phone like a real DJ. Pretty solid if you’re into that kind of thing.

Here’s what you do: you can mix songs from your own playlists, or use music from streaming services like Apple Music and SoundCloud. There’s also effects and scratching features – it’s got all the basic DJ tools. And you can connect it to Pioneer DJ hardware for even more possibilities.

Look, if you’re into DJing or just want to mess around and get the party started, you’ll probably like this app. It’s not perfect – the learning curve is a bit steep and some of the features feel a bit basic. But overall it does the job. Worth checking out if you’re curious about DJing on your phone.
