So here's my take on Wavelet: headphone specific EQ. I've tested a bunch of audio apps and this one is pretty solid. The automatic EQ profiles are a great starting point, and the manual EQ gives you a ton of control. The pro features like equal loudness and reverb are nice extras too. The only downside is the UI can feel a little unintuitive at first, but once you get the hang of it, it works well. Overall, I'd say it's one of the better audio apps out there if you're looking to really dial in your headphone sound.

Description

I’ve been using Wavelet: headphone specific EQ for a couple months now. It’s basically an app that lets you tune the sound of your headphones to get the perfect audio. Pretty solid if you’re into customizing your listening experience.

Here’s what you can do: there’s an AutoEQ feature that automatically optimizes the sound for your specific headphones. And there’s a 9-band graphic EQ so you can dial in the frequencies exactly how you want. And it’s got some pro features too like equal loudness, reverb, and a bass tuner. Took me a while to figure some of that stuff out but it’s all pretty useful.

Look, if you’re into audio and want to get the most out of your headphones, you’ll probably like this. It’s not perfect – the UI can be a little clunky at times – but overall it does the job. Worth checking out.
