Been using Emisoras Unidas for a couple months now. It’s basically a Guatemalan radio app that lets you stream live news, sports, and entertainment. Pretty solid if you’re into keeping up with what’s going on down in Central America.
Here’s what you can do – you can stream the main 89.7 FM station, or check out their other frequencies covering the whole country. There’s also on-demand access to the latest news stories and sports highlights. It’s got a pretty clean interface and the audio quality is good. Took me a while to figure out some of the features though.
Look, if you’re a Guatemalan expat or just interested in Central American current events, you’ll probably get a lot of use out of this app. It’s not perfect – the ads can get a little annoying if you don’t pay – but overall it does a solid job of delivering the news and radio content. Worth checking out.
