So here's my honest take on The Wonder Weeks - Leaps. I've tested a bunch of parenting apps and this one's one of the better ones I've tried. The level of detail on the mental leaps is super impressive, and I like how it gives you a heads up on when the next one is coming. Helps you prepare and not get blindsided by those fussy periods. The only downsides are that sometimes the timing of the leaps feels a bit off, and the interface could use a refresh. But overall, it's a pretty solid app that new parents should definitely check out.

Description

Been using The Wonder Weeks – Leaps for a couple months now. It’s basically an app that helps you track your baby’s mental development and understand why they’re fussier at certain times. Pretty solid if you’re a new parent looking to get some insights on your little one.

Here’s what you do: the app gives you a personalized schedule of your baby’s mental leaps, and it’ll automatically notify you when one is coming up. And there’s also a ton of info on what each leap means and how to help your baby through it. And the descriptions of the leaps – they’re super detailed but still easy to understand.

Look, if you’re a new parent, you’ll probably find this app really useful. It’s not perfect – sometimes the notifications are a bit off and the UI could be a bit more polished. But overall it does the job and gives you a better idea of what’s going on in your baby’s developing brain.
